    • John,
We WOD everyday, but have no set schedule. It is an open gym all the time. We have coaches on staff at all times to run you through Warm Up, Skills and Drills, WOD and anything else you may need. We also give everyone a week free to try it out. Looking forward to working with you.

When is the best time to come in to the gym? I like working out with a lot of people. Especially people who are going to push me to go harder. I’ve been doing crossfit for a lil over 2 months now came from Plymouth Crossfit in MI. It was nice because it was like a family. I’ve looking for that as well as awesome workouts!!

    • Angelique,
The best time to come work out if you like a lot of people is anytime from 4:30-6:30. Our family at PFCF is very close and we would love for you to be a part of it. Please let me know if you need anything else.

      Thanks,

    Thanks!

Thanks for your interest in PFCF! It’s very simple to get started. Pick a time to come in that works best for you. We are not as busy before 4pm, but anytime will work. We will take you through a warm up and then a baseline WOD (workout of the day). From there we will put you through a cool down and take it from there. We offer the first 3 workouts free so you get a chance to feel the place out. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us at any time. Thanks!!

  6. Do you offer a drop in rate? I am in town for a couple of days and am looking for a Crossfit gym.

    • Kevin,
We usually determine the drop in rate based on the amount of time you will be here. We try to be pretty fair, no more than $5 a day. If you have any other questions please feel free to drop in or contact me.

      Thanks

  7. My husband and I will be visiting from Amarillo, TX Dec. 21st through the 27th. We would love to come by for a workout or 2. Can you tell us the drop in rate? We belong to a box in Amarillo. Thanks! Holly Novak

  8. When would be a good time to just drop by to ask some questions/check the place out? Thanks

  9. CF first timer. Looking for a place to get started. When would be a good time to come by and check out the gym?

    • Matt,
Feel free to come check out the gym anytime you wish during our open hours. For your first session, we ask that you make an appointment so that we have the appropriate coaches on staff. Stop in, call or e-mail anytime to set up the session. If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
      Thanks

  10. Can I come in any time and do a drop in WOD? In an experienced CrossFitter traveling from out of town.. I don’t see a scheduled time for classes, just an open gym

    • Marc,
We have coaches on staff all day, so feel free to come in and WOD whenever your schedule permits. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
      Thanks
